Awesome recipe! Just want to note that if you have really thick halibut it needs to cook longer - mine came out undercooked but they were thicker pieces than she had in the video

Great job with the usually season with pink salt, pepper, and cumin, considering how mild flavored halibut dollop of mango chutney is also a it's much easier to flip the fish with a fish spatula....great job!
