I read a study of poverty/criminals/contempt for the law and three points were obvious if a person born in the inner city and poor had the best chance of escaping and achieving a productive, law abiding life by following this: 1. Both parents living in the home. 2. Finish high school. 3. Don't mess with drugs.

Honestly, it should be more but it only should be those individuals who have proven to be serial criminal offenders and especially those who ever inflicted violence or weapons upon their victims during their crimes, not singular or a couple of minor offenses. There absolutely is a pathway towards rehabilitation for many but absolutely not for some. The number of people incarcerated because of their skin tone is effectively nil, you are arrested, tried and convicted or not because of your actions.

Fact is it ain't about race or anything... we all gotta get to the top of that mountain together. The laws are out of control and the original intent of our forefathers and the constitution have been ignored for so called "progressivism". Apparently they know better than thousands of years of enlightenment.
