lowkey speaking from what kakashi achieved at the end because obito gave him his powers means that if obito actually lived in the series he would be equals with naruto and sasuke in terms of overall power. Man i love Obito he was very cool character.
He is totally same as Naruto, only thing is Madara was his mentor. He fooled him and made him become what he was. No doubt one of the best characters in Naruto alongside Itachi, Shisui and Nagato.
