Thanks for the guide! It was incredibly helpful, direct, and clear. I really appreciate the slower, step by step approach at the start. I have trouble following what is clicked vs what's happening on screen in other guides. I also liked sharing the different conditions where some moves are better used (e.g. Harvest Moon).

My piece of advice to you would be to voice over and put your recording into slow motion to better show it. Some people might have a hard time keeping up with the speed that you explained it. 😅

This is the lower dps opener for reaper since gluttony isn't under raid buffs, but apart from that good video. I've watched some of your other videos and they helped me a lot with other classes, I like your teaching style :D.

I've seen lists like this before, and I can't understand why Harvest Moon isn't used as the final attack after Communio. It's the single highest potency attack outside of Enshroud (600) and if you manage the opener correctly you can squeeze it into the Arcane Circle buff. I always end my opener with it and never regret not having it available later.

You can get more out of that 3% dmg buff.

Harpe at countdown. (You don't always need to use ingress - you can usually get to the boss within 2 seconds of the cast, but hey you get a free harpe so why not?)

Use Arcane Circle first, followed by shadow of death > then soulstrike > into harvest moon - combo with offgcd gluttony (gibbet, gallows) > soulstrike again (gibber or gallows) into plentiful harvest and reaper shroud (shadow of death debuff will expire with about 2 seconds left) for a 13%dmg buff + Pot if you want to use it.

Ending with 30 on your blue gauge.

If you want you can probably milk that 3% damage buff till the last moment before using plentiful harvest and get in some combos too... But that might fall out of raid buffs.

What are your thoughts on the Delayed Gluttony Opener? I was using Fast Gluttony up until a couple days ago but during the 2 min Burst you have to delay Gluttony anyway to do a 2 Communio Arcane Circle.

Furthermore some buffs from party members aren't out yet by the 3rd GCD so I've been reading it's better to save the 500 pot attack until those buffs are up.

Nice and simple! Could you explain the re-opener? Like what we should have prepped for it, sometimes I have no Soul Slice, or sometimes I have enough gauge for an Enshround, and then Arcane will give me another one. job feels very "go with the flow"

Even if I was a savage raider, 99% of the game is not doing savage raids, unless you suffer from extreme burnout.

So what is the point in a guide about 1% of our playtime? What about all the times I do fates or dungeons or whatever that isn't super scripted raid encounters where I can write bots to run the players.
