Yup, asking questions is how I do it! :) I do it with automatic writing, but I have done it in a vocal state as well. And indeed it feels like a heightened connected state. I don't go in to trance at all. I am always present when I channel but if someone in spirit speaks through me answering someone else's questions, I just relax and allow it and listen to the conversation.

I had a huge spiritual awakening with an acceleration at the end of 2019 and was using a pendulum to dowse up until then and still use it daily now. During what I now know was a spiritual emergency I wanted things to go back to normal like watching the news ha ha. I didn't trust meditation or Reiki as I'm a Reiki Master but slowly slowly I came back "online" so to speak and using the pendulum was taken to a page in a book with the heading spirit guides because of course they were with me the whole time for when I was ready. I was also taken to the area in the book that explains it's not the experience but the thoughts about the experience that has a positive or negative affect on us.

3:03 till 4:30 is perfectly described. I didn't know this was really apart of something.. i would love when someone anyone would ask crazy questions !! I would beg my friends to do so lol!! I could explain the feeling and the seeing as if a bright light was beamed down from the sky to me via my head or crown chakra && i wouldn't mind if i was wrong or right as i go along with my sentences cause i would always eventually come to terms with the perfect answer or the perfect question not answered
