Never liked how fragile NECA's figures were. You can never buy a figure from them without worrying that something will break or scratch. But as always, the sculpt looks fantastic.

That's not a repaint. That's the brand-new Alien: Resurrection Warrior. The Alien: Resurrection Warrior actually was canonically designed first & made b4 the AvP warrior on film. NECA made the AvP warrior first, but the AvP warrior was a modified copy of the Resurrection Warrior. So that IS the Resurrection Warrior painted purple. The original brown version comes out in August w/Ripley8. The Newborn Alien & Resurrection Queen are out now.

The joints on my Superman are extremely stiff, to the point that I don’t want to break them so I just don’t articulate them at all. The toe articulation doesn’t move at all.

This Superman I this is one of the best. Next to the new dc essentials version. It does sucks he can't look up. But the body sculpt is nicely done. Plus with the soft foods cap. And like you said. With the S on the back. That's the way style I grew up with. The classic look. Epic review.

Do the open "flying" hands look goofy on the NECA Chris Reeve Superman? I don't use the ones that came with him because he was never shown flying with his thumbs out. If these don't work I guess I could try the open hands from Marvel Legends Iron Fist.

Looks really good for vanilla posing display... Probably one of the best Supes figs out there....
