I sat down once watching some college football games at a bar and grill near Ft Lewis/JBLM and met a doctor who was young just hitting 30 and said the Millitary sent him to Georgtown and John Hopkins or some prestigious school and while paying for all his classes and paying him, he was talking about how he makes way more money then many doctors when you factor in not having to pay student loans and way ahead of the game owning homes at a young age since he did not have to pay back any loans. When i talk to people who's kids are thinking about medicine, it tell them about the benefits but its the look of horror that i see and stop talking about it.

In our country there is mbbs and if i do mbbs from my country and then come to usa through usmle for residency and practice . Would it be equal to a doctor who had studied from usa . Would there be any difference before residency and after residency ? Would i be an equal doctor like a doctor who had studied from start in usa ?
