That means we have an excess of nurses in the Philippines 900, 000 is a big number the reason why we should find nursing work for them in the States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, Singapore even the Middle East. In the year 2030, in the States, they will have nursing shortage of 1 million nurses so that means they recruit more nurses from the Philippines that is what we got from PBS News hour documentary. It is an American news organization.

Ayaw niyo lang magkaroon nang sapat na nurse para kayo lang, para mataas demand, the more demand sa inyo the more na demand ninyo na sahod kahit sapat naman, nako hindi lang kayo nagtattabaho sana lahat manlang sana pwede pa

If you are bright why go to nursing when you will just be abuse to very very low salary why not go to engineering or accounting their is more money and rewards on those profession look at the indicator low remuneration no tenure poor working condition no advancement very expensive with very low return of investment better to choose accounting and engineering even their rights to go and travel is being violated while others profession are not they are not respected why is this happening to nursing profession
