Sainsburys food shop and meal plan 2024 UK | Family of four - £3.40 pp per day | Budget friendly

Hi everyone,

Welcome back to another grocery shop and meal plan! This week i've been to Sainsburys and our shp works out to £3.40 each a day for meals, drinks and snacks which I don't think is too bad!

I've included all of the prices and our meal plan. Five of the dinners will be in my five dinners for £25 video on Saturday.

You are giving your boys a good and varied diet. I live in France and I am fascinated to see the UK prices. The meat in France is so much more expensive than UK

Don't know if you know..but you can strain normal yoghurt through muslin and make your own Greek style yoghurt..I use the big cheap pots, and you can use the whey that drains off in baking..saves a few pennies and really easy to do..xx
