I started using the viviscal thickening and strengthening shampoo and conditioner daily. Plus the viviscal scalp scrub weekly. I'm going to try just using the visual thickening and strengthening shampoo and conditioner daily for 3 months and then switching over to the visual gorgeous growth shampoo for three months. Plus using the viviscal scalp scrub weekly.

I'm on week 5 of Viviscal and .625 oral minoxidil for surgical menopause (7 months ago) androgenic alopecia, and my hair has thickened and has started to grow still dealing with some shedding from the minoxidil so not quite sure to make the call on that but my thickness is starting to return and my length is growing. I have also added in 1% ketokenazole shampoo to try to block dht - but its only been one week on that.
