The model wore this outfit very well. I'm sure the foundation pieces helped, but she seemed to have the right figure for the outfit. I liked the blouse and skirt and think it could be worn today if the skirt was a little shorter. The lapels on the jacket are so nice. Too bad we don't wear hats regularly. I wonder if we could make it fashionable again.

I remember one time I went to Wal-Mart and asked if they had any garder belts or stocking clips and the lady gave me a dirty look and said "sorry ma'am, we arnt that kind of store". It's kind of sad how that's been sexualized to the point of we don't even remember it's original use.

Beautiful video! If I remember painted nails came into fashion in the '30s. The automotive industry had brought new fast drying paints and Hollywood actresses popularized the new nail varnishes.
