people sneeze when the lining of the nose becomes irritated. this stimulates nerve endings inside your nose, the nerve sends signals to a part of the brain called the sneezing center. the brain sends out signals to the nerves that control all the muscles involved in the sneeze. you take a deep breath and your throat, eyes and mouth clothes, pressure builds up inside your chest, then your chest muscles contract and your throat open suddenly, you breathe out explosively as the pressurized air flows back up your air weight.
