I love the sheikh's Arabic, mashallah. I myself am an Arab, who due to immigrating a lot, I have had a difficulty honing my dialect, let alone standard Arabic. However, my parents have attempted to immigrate to Arab countries, to allow me to learn Arabic. Fast forward, I have had a decent grasp of several Arabic dialects, but I lack in a strong understanding of standard Arabic grammar. It is what made things difficult for me to communicate and to learn new things, and to even develop as a person, for I always felt different and like I didn't belong to anyone.

I learned the English language through reading books, and it had surpassed my Arabic by a lot. It has even allowed me to improve myself intellectually. Eventually, it all came to a full circle, where I had to reconnect with my religion, and to learn the Quran again. I realised that as a muslim, in order to be the best version I can be, I ought to practice my religion, and to learn more about Islam. The more I learn about my faith, the more I believe with reason.

I have wondered the same since I started listening to recitations. The term us left me wondering also.
When the Bible says us or we it's implied it is referring to "GOD" and the angels.
I'm still learning and deprogramming from the confusion. Inshallah I will learn Arabic, it is a challenge to learn to read from right to left.
