In the Farm to Fork programme, Yale-NUS students have the opportunity to grow vegetables on campus. Under the guidance of the Yale-NUS Urban Farmers, they will learn advanced sustainable practices in soil-based and aeroponic organic farming. After harvesting the vegetables, they will attend a sustainable cooking masterclass by chefs from Sodexo, Yale-NUS’ dining operator, to cook and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
