I know some are commenting that she does not have telepathy. Which may be true for the cartoon. But in this series, once she hears others voices and sees mental images of what they are seeing, that crosses the line into Telepathy.

She's am Empath, she does not read minds, only emotions/feeling, they way it connects her to her Music powers is based through emotions like Sad songs, Joyful songs etc.

I think she's gonna end up being able to channel music. And she doesn't have telepathy it's more an empathic thing. Like she said, she isn't a human lie detector either.

everytime Sam is around her, she can feel the peacefulness of Sam's mind (which is what she needs since she's overwhelmed by the emotions of different people) That's why I ship so much even though Riven is the original boyfriend of Musa from the cartoon.

Musa's powers are the most powerful because fairy powers comes from their emotions, and Musa can go into other people's emotions, so if she can tap into other people emotions she can tap into other peopl's powers as well. She can bassically use other people's powers against them.

I think Musa is set up to be the most underestimated Fairy in the crowd. I mean being an Auditory Empath and Partial Telepath is already an OP set when used accurately... The fact that she is the Fairy of Music makes me think of two things.

1) She could rediscover the power of Music through her Mind Fairy powers, making her the first Mind Fairy of Music in centuries. Just like how the Earth Fairies/Nature Fairies can use various Magical Techniques associated with the Earth. It's implied that Mind Fairies are also capable of the same range. Where Farah used Telekinesis, Musa's would be similar to Beatrix's Electro-Telekinesis where she uses an underlying element to perform the same actions a Telekinetic Fairy could. Only Musa's would be the control and manipulation of sound waves or vibrations.

2) She develops her empathic Mind Powers and unlocks Sound based Magic again for the first time in centuries (again think of it like how the Earth Fairies/Nature Fairies can use various Magical Techniques associated with the Earth.) enabling Musa to actually generate Sound Magic - as a Mind Fairy she can then project/generate Sound like Emotions the same way she can hear every other person's thoughts she can also project it outward if she tried and trained to do so. Like the closest comparison I can think of is Quake from Marvel/Vibe from DC in contrast to the traditional Sound Powers like Silver Banshee from DC it's kind of like Lydia's Banshee from Teen Wolf where the sound power is rooted from emotion.

Music also has very adverse Psychological effects on the brain, auditory triggers are used in Mental Conditioning of all sorts from Hypnosis to Mind-Control. Meditation is one example the (Hmmm) allows you to centralize and focus on that one sound drowning out every other sound. Or like when we can hear our own heartbeat if we remained still and in a quiet place.

It was cool to see Musa learn to take away Sam's pain in the final episode - I wonder if she'll learn how to *influence* ppl's emotions in the next season (like Jasper from Twilight), or even be able to *inflict pain* (like Jane from Twilight) & induce sleep, etc.
