Description: Business follows the perception of success, and the last decade has seen Elon Musk rise to become the richest person in the world with incredibly disruptive businesses (PayPal, Tesla, SpaceX, etc.). He's not just a business success story, he's basically a household name. Some hate him; some love him, but his impact will be very long-lasting.

While many of his most controversial ideas are well known, it was only very recently that he revealed his internal principles through his 5-step, design process while offering a tour of his SpaceX facility in Boca Chica. The 5-step process is already getting a lot of attention and will undoubtedly impact the future of agile.

We will be dissecting his process, translating it to other applications (such as software only), what's good about it, what's bad about it, and how it will have a long-term impact on the agile methodology. We will review what he said in context, so no need to research his process ahead of time!
