Love the content keep up the great work!! YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO MIL-SPEC WIRING PRACTICES AND TOOLS. This is what I do for a living and there are some tools/methods that would make your life much easier and possibly more consistent results. If I was in the state I would love to come by the shop to see how we could make the wiring side of things easier.

Honestly I love how Alex is the owner but still gets in there and does the work too. That’s that kind of owner you want to be your boss. I love it when owners actually are working along side of their employees, we need more of people like you. As a supervisor at the bow, ing alley, I was head mechanic, I was the one who did most of the work, always took on the hard repair jobs, and all the super hard stuff. I was always told growing up, "when you become a boss, supervisor, owner of a company, whatever it is, never tell an employee to do a job that you wouldn’t do yourself. And always treat everyone with respect, you give the same respect to the janitor as you would give to the CEO." And that’s exactly what I would base my company off of. That’s how you get good employees and get them good employees to stick around and grow with your company. That wasn’t the case at the bowling alley, they didn’t care. As much as I cared about the place, I put my blood, sweat and tears into that place because bowling is a passion of mine and I wanted to see the bowling alley as a business grow.if I could I would buy the bowling alley and revamp it and do what I want to do and that would make it come back to life and be even busier than it used to be. But slowly it started going downhill, and fast, tried to give advice and some ideas but they always shot it down, saying that I don’t know what I was talking about, but yet I always talked to our normal customers and league bowlers. That’s what they wanted
