Bu TV'nin 55 inç olanı bir tekno marketten sipariş ettim. Perşembe sabah teslim edildi. Hemen Philips müşteri hizmetlerinden kurulum için servis kaydı açtırdım. En geç Cumartesi kurulum olur diye düşündüm. Olmadı. İlgili servisi arayıp rica ettim olmaz işimiz var dedi. Sonra tekrar müşteri hizmetlerinini aradım. Yardımcı olmak adına, başka bir servis telefon numarası verdi, hemen o servisi aradım. O da ukala şekilde olmaz dedi. Mağazayı aradım. Yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama servislerin başı bozuk olacak ki, çabalara rağmen oradan da olunamadı. Ben de iade talebi oluşturmak zorunda kaldım. 2012'den bu yana ev ve iş yerime 6 üst seviye premium TV aldım. İlk defa böyle başı bozuk servis istemiyle karşılaştım. Bana öyle kötü hissettirdi ki. Psikolojim allak bullak, altüst oldu. Tüketici arkadaşlar. Aklınızın bir köşesinde bulundurun.

Does this work with my Hue lamps? The Philips website tells me it does, and i only need a Hue bridge. In other videos and comments I see this is no longer supported and a separate sync box is needed. On a Samsung TV with a Hue app, it should work without Sync box. Correct?
