In today's #ASMR video, you are given a series of instructions to follow with your eyes open and closed. For the first 7 minutes you will be instructed to follow a few lights to test your vision before taking part in the eyes closed segment of today's session. I'm too anxious, and struggle with a lot of things that make the idea of what you do seem impossible to achieve despite being probably a similar ish? age to you (I'm 20).
