Constitutional experts were glued to the Supreme Court's oral arguments Wednesday, looking for any clues as to how the justices might rule in a case that's considered the biggest challenge to Roe v. Wade in decades.

And the six conservative-leaning justices appear poised to uphold the Mississippi law that bans abortions at 15 weeks of pregnancy. They could even take it a step further, which would mean overturning the so-called national right to abortion created under the landmark Roe case in 1973.

When does the unborn child have legal standing? The people and the states should decide the fate of their unborn. If you shot a woman that is pregnant and the child dies because of the bullet you will be charged with murder of that unborn child.

The Mississippi lawyer did a very poor job arguing his point. But if the Supreme Court remains consistent they would protect the state’s right.

The woman's choice was made when she spread her legs without using contraception...Aside from that...
The moment the sperm breaks through the egg and cell division begins IS the moment a life is created...If not when?
The cause does not matter, even in cases of rape or incest. The ONLY reason to terminate the life of a child in the womb is if there is a clear and present danger to the life of the mother.
It is the mother's responsibility to protect the child even when she does not intend to keep the child in her custody after birth.
What did the child/baby do to deserve to die?
