If you visit the old town in Monopoli I recommend the little food shop owned by the ‘Pacello’ family (It says Pacello next to the entrance door and it is in Via Barbacana - you can see it briefly in this video at 3:59). All of the foods are made with local ingredients from Puglia. I bought orecchiette (pasta) and Pate di cime di rape - really delicious and excellent quality. I am English and it was nice to try genuine local products. I highly recommend❤

To answer your questions about changing locations during my trip, I usually stay in one base place to visit nearby places and move to another location to visit some others sites like I did in Sicily! 😍😍🌸🌸
