Ultra power UP-SC4AC is a 4 Channel 7W 1A battery charger for 1S and 2S lipo batteries, LiHV, Nicd and NiMh batteries. its one of the best and very highly recommended. I still use them and over the years never had any issue with them.

I understand the charge end voltage can't be configured, so it won't allow to put batteries in storage :'(
