Hello, waiting on delivery of my AEG oven purchased in France, with Plus Steam function/setting. The instructions on the documentation say Do Not open the oven door when the function Plus Steam is activated due to the risk of being burned by the steam, and to put water in the bottom of the oven only when the oven is cold, but then in the cooking instructions it gives times for pre-heating the oven. This makes no sense to me. One would have to then open the oven door to put the food in. Can you clarify?
