Thank you for the video! Around minute 5:30 you state that the primary benefits of online learning are removed (flexibility, etc..) when asynchronous is the primary method.. shouldn't that be when synchronous is the primary method? Asynchronous allows the learner to access the course and materials according to their own schedule.
