This reporter is very agressive. Having right to ask questions does not mean having right to disrespect government official like this.

The host doesn't let the guest to speak when he is presenting reasonable arguments to justify his standpoint. You can ask hard questions without being a jerk.

Kalın performed very well. But the host acted very hostile. If you intend to search for truth, you should listen to answers. Otherwise you dont need a guest to ask questions, Just make a solo appeareance and read your views about the subject.
