Angle grinder repair Bosch Professional GWS 18-125 V-Li - Hey @gear_show check this :)

I invite you to repair a Bosch Professional angle grinder! I found the tool at a scrap yard - I paid about $1 / 1kgs for it. It turned out that the grinder had broken bearings. I decided to fix them on a lathe. The whole repair cost me $0 :)

I have the same issue. Should I replace the brass worn bearing with a Ball bearing? I think the size is 5x13x5 mm. Or 14mm OD. Thanks

Funny how he says he says he does the repair using a lathe but completely lea es that part out yet its a bearing replacement so why would a lathe be used? He wont give up any info on the shaft bearing in the motor. After looking up a Bosch GSW 18 volt grinder parts diagram, you see the motor listed but no internal parts in it. You will have to take apart your own motor and and measure it with the Vernier caliper. After taking mine apart I freed up the bearing in the process and put it all back together but I'm sure it will seize up again so just need to track down that specific bearing... When looking up a Bosch GSW 18 volt grinder diagram, the motor is part number 1607000CA4 but yours and mine may be different if you just want to replace that I'd check it

Technicznie jeszcze trochę do poprawienia jest. Myślę że trochę do poprawienia od strony technicznej ale nie od razu Rzym zbudowano i nie za każdym stoją profesjonalni oświetleniowcy czy montażyści. Jedna rada: ujęcie na dłonie z góry jest bardzo dobrym pomysłem, ale odwrotnie. Tak jakmlbym stał za tobą a nie na przeciwko. I jakaś jaśniejsza podkładka na stół, będzie złudzenie lepszego oświetlenia.

Patrząc widzę że Ty podobnie jak ja naprawiasz składasz wszystko działa a jeszcze na stole połowa części została w tym śruby podkładki i inne bliżej nie przybliżone cusie 🤣.... A Bo to nie potrzebne widać było....
