How do you know if it's abuse or narcissistic abuse

How can you tell the difference between abuse and narcissistic abuse? We are focusing on the wrong thing. The label doesn't matter.

Narcissistic abuse will be marked by gaslighting- blame shifting- stonewalling- projecting- lying - and the abuser will indicate traits of narcissism like a difficultly with object constancy - inability to face any conflict or criticism- a failure to find solutions to any conflict- a lack of ability to want any solution to conflict- dysregulstion . Narcissistic abuse I think is different from other abuser behavior.

I dealt with a covert narcissist & his abuse for 11 years. I wasted the best years of my life! 😢Once I discovered what narcissist abuse was, that I wasn’t crazy or the problem & I wasn’t alone it was very eye opening. We share a daughter & it got much worse when I walked away. It’s been over a month & I have so much peace! @ times the guilt hits 😢me tbh. It comes in waves 🌊. I fought so hard in a one sided relationship for my daughter to have us both. I just wasn’t happy & very miserable. I did everything for him ! I sacrificed so much for them both . An easy way to tell if someone is a narcissist is by how entitled they think they are to things.

Dog whistling is a form of triangulation and Darvo is blame shifting. The narcs ive know whether covert (subtle) or overt (grandiose) all have used these tactics multiole times one way or the other 🙄 so annoying.
