We are proud to feature Molly Burke onboard a recent cruise. In this video, Molly Burke details her experience as a mobile impaired adult aboard Princess’ accessible cruise with her service dog and companion, Bennix. Princess makes disability-inclusive cruises accessible to a plethora of visually impaired individuals by specifying and providing accommodations for equipment by device type and dimensions on a pre-board questionnaire.

Molly Burke is a YouTube personality, content creator, activist and speaker who empowers people to bring their colorful, authentic self to everything they do. Molly Burke was diagnosed at age four with retinitis pigmentosa, a condition which causes loss of vision. She lost most of her sight at age 14. The obstacles and challenges she faced while growing up with a disability helped shape the strong-willed, adventurous, cruise-loving Molly Burke we know today. She has competed and won the title of Miss Teen Canada International and now uses her voice, reach and platform to educate others about living with a disability. Molly Burke’s keynote topics include inclusivity, belonging and equity, and she has spoken alongside key figures like Malala, Meghan Markle, Richard Branson, Demi Lovato, Martin Luther King III and Justin Trudeau.

Princess - you guys should take "handicap" out. That term isn't used anymore. Simply say "Wheelchair Accessible" or just "Accessible."

I have no accessibility issues. I watched this video to see how Princess presents themselves as accessible. This is a very disappointing video. Maybe I am missing something, but it was not informative at all. The tiny bit where you try to demonstrate the QR code being "read out loud" by the mobile is laughable. I have been on dozens of cruises, mostly with Princess, have seen may people that require accessible access and I know Princess can accommodate these people. Why is this not a better depiction of the accessibility features of their ships. Braille on every sign, talking elevators, ramps, special stateroom features...there is so much, but you show none of it here. IMHO not sure why this video is here!?!?!

I travel with Princess an awful lot, with my guide dog. I have to say, the accommodations made are exceptional. In fact I have a cruise in Sept and December of this year aboard Sky. we are treated like celebrities, and looked after exceptionally well - everyone loves Spencer, my guide dog. However - I do take exception to the word "Handicap Accessible" Its an ugly word, and really not used in todays world. Im not too sure exactly what this video demonstrated to be honest?
