The physics behind a punch is Force = Mass x Acceleration, to break the black board you can't just do a basic 1 inch punch using only your arms like you do in the video, you need to have a solid stance, bend the knees lock your shoulders and twist your hips your goal is not to break the board but to accelerate your hand with your entire body and force it through, and do some knuck pushups or tap the cement walls with your knuckles, specifically the index and middle knuckle because if you punch leading with the other two you can easily break your hand because they are not in-line with your forearm and they are the weak of your punch, the first two are your strong, good luck!
