lets see if i make art or videos i most likely would be fine for other creators to use as reference save it on their own physical or digital storage and even make edits but i probably would not like for a third party to profit out of it directly without any compensation to the original creator or minimum with just crediting them

so a fan might want to support creator finding their designs and thinking if they buy a shirt they support the creator in some way but probably they support a shady business and creator gets nothing so that would probably be a trigger to use copyright against them
as for references or using a piece of someone else video i think fair use and credit should be more then enough but its more friendly between individual creator and another individual creator with companies its turns into a minefield either the company dont care and happy for free exposure or they go berserk and issue copyright for no reason cause they either hate their own fans or are so devoid of soul they dont care one way or another and profit is the only reason for them to exist

also NFTs 9/10 involves with asset theft and using it to profit or they use desperate designers for rock bottom or free labor so if my creations get into nfts it should be taken down by default cause i dont want to support that 21centry giga ponzi scheme cause crypto market is decentrolized meaning everything they do is not covered by law anyways so why someone should protect them its morally correct to bash them by any means necessary
