I’m surprised that you, as a Japanese person, didn’t come to Düsseldorf for work. There are so many Japanese companies here where Japanese is enough, plus kindergartens and schools. A lot of Japanese people live here without needing any German. I’ve even seen Japanese school kids here with ランドセル
