What a great video on prediabetes! As a teen who has a family history of diabetes, it’s something I do fear a lot even though I wasn’t sure what it really meant for me. But after watching your video about converting HBA1c to blood glucose and seeing where my blood glucose stands, it makes me understand where I am, and just learning more about prediabetes and diabetes was also interesting!
