A few years ago I made a big batch of these for Christmas presents along with fudge! Everyone absolutely loved them said they were so delicious! I also made a batch one time and had them in a ziplock bag and took them on the plane with me when I flew to Florida. I had two bags with me and I opened up one of the bags and passed it around to my friends that were with me and we were all going on a cruise to the Bahamas together! My friends absolutely loved those cinnamon roasted pecans. They said that was one of the nicest things that I done for all of them. My problem is when I start eating them I don't know when to quit! LOL
