Suunto D4i Novo - Battery Replacement | DIY

This tutorial will help you demonstrate on replacing your D4/D4i Novo Dive Computer battery with no fuss.

Step 1:
Make sure your Dive Comp is liquid and dust free. Prep your multi-tool to open the back.

Step 2:
Open the back and inspect its ring gasket. Replace if it's stiff or crack. Never gamble on worn out rubber ring because it must handle quite amount of water pressure during your diving experience.

Step 3:
Replace your old battery with a new CR2450 battery. (Make sure the position of the battery is the same as when it was taken out.

Step 4:
Pop the back in and screw everything in place. Make sure it's nice and tight and test it in simple submersion before entering a deeper depth.
