ya gotta think how AWESOME it is to sit and couch surf space. Nobody a 100 years ago couldn't even imagine what we get to see.

Gorgeous. The work that went into this is incredible, I feel so fortunate to be living today.

What a mysterious dwarf planet! I wish we had an orbiting spacecraft at every planet in our Solar System at once! So much mystery in our own backyard! It's truly spectacular!

Conspiracy theorists will say question everyone, but when it comes to their own theories they won't even think about them being wrong for a second.

I hate how it's always an animation with you guys. Show the raw footage etc..This video is pointless. Stop doing simulation videos and do more real footage of what research teams would actually see.

Nice spot for a quaint pressurized cabin someday. Just imagine the view.🔭

Those 2 light areas in Occodor Crater were so bright, that, at first, I thought the Aliens left the lights on!

Do you have any flyovers where it's ACTUALLY how it would look, and not in false color? You do realize this is going to make people, psychologically, feel like it would be, going right past it, when it won't look remotely close? It's sort of like flying over the Amazon in purple for infrared, when it's actually green, a bit of a subconscious lie. I'm not saying there isn't value in the false color, but it would be more true to the public to have both.

Beautiful video! Long time ago there was another planet in our solar system between Mars and Jupiter on which (giant) humans lived. They too invented nuclear power, but in a war they misused that nuclear power and the planet was destroyed. Only the four moons of that planet survived the destruction. Ceres is one of those four moons. The asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter is the visible remaining part of that destruction. The name of that planet was Mallona, Mallona means 'broken planet'. To the old Greeks Mallona was known as Phaeton. You can find more information about that in the books of Jakob Lorber (1800 - 1864) and Leopold Engel (1858 -1931).

I really wanna know what those bright, white spots are that we've seen in photos of Ceres. Did they ever figure it out or get an even closer look at it?

In another video I asked JPL for an explanation of the composition of the brightening/dimming spots in the occata (spelled wrong i think) crater. They responded 2min ago...
