If I were to choose between this and that lower kabete house, I would choose this without a second thought... The kabete one is too sophisticated and lacks privacy... 0.75 acres in Karen and that simple yet magnificent bungalow is absolute value for money. The greenery and everything about the house beats the kabete one hands down! Good job

My family lived in Upperhill Elgon rd in the early 80's when it was residential. Those houses were unique with quandrangles. They were probably on an acre lot. I never even went to the end of the compound where the servant quarters were located. They had stand alone garages.
That area was one of the most quiet and beautiful places to live then.
