I remember the Mile all the way back to the Champ Car days. Paul Tracy, Jimmy Vasser, Alex Tagliani, etc. Glad it's back.

Great, great race. Herta had a great drive until his crappy luck struck. The top 3 or 4 never really lost touch with each other and traffic helped them all reel each other in at points. Great finish with Power almost getting oward in the final laps (happy oward was able to hold on). Good showcase for why Indy needs to be here.

I was at both Iowa races and this first race kicked their butts. Don't know how it looked of TV but the grandstands looked pretty full (tough to tell when you are in them which I was). Seemed to be a good size crowd on the "midway" as well.

As a kid I watched Conor Daly's dad racing FF1600 in Mondello park, in Ireland. I've been a fan of Conor's for a long time now too. That podium is so well deserved.
