First try blowing out all of the water from the Amp and connectors with air, we had this issue with a e90 335i at work and that fixed it (and make sure the battery isn't low on voltage, that can cause issues as well)

Before you buy a new part just get electrical cleaner and clean up the mother board by taking it apart first cuz when there’s water damage that typically always a free fix with those parts

My Mercedes did this months ago and I could never figure it out. I narrowed it down to an issue in the fiber optic cable that runs through the entire car. Shop said it’s 3k for them to splice it and they’d have to take most the cars interior out to get to it. Pray it’s not that. good luck
