You have used min heap so the outcome must be in descending order here you have written in ASE order.

At 6:25, How is 9 a right most element at the last level. Am I missing something? At 6:45, I can understand, 10 is the right most element at last level. But how about 9?
I believe in other words, we have to go to last level and always begin from right direction to left direction while swapping and whenever there is a last element at the last level, the right/left doesn't make sense. Please confirm my understanding?
