µPrecision represents the maximum refinement of our machines in terms of high precision
engineering. The µPrecision package was developed to meet the ever-increasing precision
requirements of the mechanical engineering, semiconductor, machine tool and optical industries.
In the basic version, the machines are already equipped with a thermo-symmetrical design,
inherently rigid machine bed and selected cooling measures.
Together with the high-precision machine manufacturer DIXI from Switzerland, we have
developed a new and patented solution to maximize the precision of our cnc machines. With
our innovative computer-aided measurement and compensation method, we have succeeded in
taking a major step forward in the industrialization of high-precision machines. For this purpose,
the machine is measured with a precision laser and then the guides are fine-adjusted in all axes
with ground shims. The new high precision engineering µPrecision combines mechanical and
digital compensation and leads to unprecedented and reproducible accuracy.

I run a DMG Mori eco turn 450 and it is by far the most accurate repeatable lathe I have ever ran! Boring a .100 hole with a +.0002 -0.0 tolerance it repeated within .00005 over and over as long as the machine stays warmed up

These days i use 'NHX 4000, but i compere with Mazak HCN, mazak is very easy to (Measuring tool, probbing, Restarting ect) as well as Dmg spindle low vibration and good finishing
