This is true though, these types of people behind this drama wants to cause trouble. I do not like trouble, I want to disescalate the situation. Everyone makes mistakes and different content. But these types of people wants to cause drama to ruin and watch others burn, while they just watch it all. Drama people keeps on fueling the flames, while they make small mistakes into a big deal. Just like work I had a woman who loves to start drama, she spread false rumors and makes the slightest smallest mistakes into a big deal, even she was the one who started it. So we teamed up and when she made a mistake, we turned the table on her to the point that she got kicked out and fired. For example she says “did you see what Jenny just did, we should tell our supervisors about Jenny did😱” when she dropped a tool, dropping a pen, or a slightest ridiculous mistake you could think of. Which she almost got my coworker fired multiple times, many witnesses protected Jenny from her drama. Many others were complaining about her drama, we actually asked our boss Nicole to fire her because of the way she’s causing drama, even the security cameras shows what happened. Jenny is a hard worker, while the woman who likes to cause drama barely does any effort in her job. She also was taking piece of people lunches, which Nicole caught her red handed. She was caught stealing the cherry topping vanilla cupcake that I gave my boss for her birthday.
