I don't particularly support Bojo, but this report is awful. Firstly it isn't PM of Britain, it is the UK and secondly he actually favours a deal but said if one cannot be agreed on he will leave without one.

And so he did become PM. After a short, turbulent time trying to get Brexit moving without a majority in the Commons, he managed to force an election the opposition didn’t want and won a large majority, routing the Labour party in the process. Johnson has outsmarted everyone, so far.
