Thank you! Would you *please* consider doing Fall/Winter running pants (tights, leggings, different pant materials and weights) and wet weather shoe recommendation follow-ups? I live in Seattle, WA where most and am scrambling to find shoes on the lighter end (Saucony Kinvaras are my go-tos, but I also like the Brooks Ghosts and Saucony Rides) with good water resistance and traction for wet cement and/or wet trails.

Glad I found your video so I can grab one of these for my night chilly run (~20 degree Celcius). But question, how tight/loose should a running jacket be? I'm wearing a size S for my short sleeve running top. Should I get a jacket that's of same size (closer to skin) or loose?
*Want to keep myself warm but not losing breathability

Great discussion point is do we size up on jackets for Ultra Runs? As you might be able to wear it over your pack, allows an easier way to put on and take off as the weather changes. Some thoughts to be honest I haven’t’ found the right way to go about it as being new to the Ultra Trail distance

The shakedry has the membrane on the outside - so it is not protected, like a 2.5 or 3 layer would be. It would be great in a future review to mention & show packability, and mention the hydrostatic head (water proof) rating along with MVTR breathability and features to dump head like pit vents etc. A 3 layer protects the membrane on both sides so is likely to last longer and be cheaper over time.

I have been searching high & low, new & used, contemporary & vintage, for a running jacket to replace my old "nike aerolayer running" jacket. it is so DIFFICULT to find one that is not just a thin nylon waterproof "windbreaker", I need one that will wick sweat and not just repel it back onto my skin, with a hood with drawstrings a waist drawstrings are a + & I do not need a waterproof 1, they just hold in my sweat. (I sweat so much when I run it's gross, sorry) polyester sweat wicking, not nylon waterproof/ resistant. CAN ANY1 HELP ME?
I also, cannot stand wearing a "sticky" jacket when the material suctions to arms or chest from sweat
