A friend sent me a story this morning and it got me crying (Not hers or mine) :

Can you imagine Sophie slowly dying, Keefe holding her head in his lap singing you are my sunshine?

Tears streamed down Keefe's face as he began to sing "you are my sunshine my only sunshine"
"You make me happy when skies are gray"
His breathing was ragged as he paused cradling Sophie's head to his chest.
"You'll never know dear how much I love you"
Keefe broke down into heartbreaking sobs, the next line barley audible.
"Please don't take my sunshine away."

The music, The pictures, The way it was just edited is perfect! This is really bittersweet, showing us that even though Sophie's life is really sad and brutal, their's also "the good part". Honestly, this captures it so well. Just mwah! ✨

Keefe was around 15 when he "ran away"
Dex was 13 (I think) when he "ran away"
