it was first used at the Amsterdam Arena in 2008 as all annual themes are primarily used and then carried on tour all around the world except for those countries in which the concert has started later. Because Romania was the latest addition in 2012 and all later 3 themes were in use in other countries, Romania had to accept the 2008 theme which I honestly miss
