Nashville council set to vote to reinstate Justin Jones to state House

Expelled lawmaker Justin Jones is set to be reinstated by the Nashville Metropolitan Council after being expelled from the House of Representatives over a protest on the chamber floor against gun violence. NBC's Priscilla Thompson reports.
