I love memory foam pillows. I bought one last year. And I’m still using it. I usually go through a pillow in a few months. I have to have support. I’m a side sleeper. I may send my daughter some money and have her bring me one of those. She has an IKEA close to her. And she may be coming to visit next month. But she’s flying. So she may have to send it to me.

I have this pillow and the gel isn't actually what keeps it "cool"--it's the fabric of the pillowcase on that side which remains cool to the touch. It's like silk. If you flip the case, the silky fabric will still remain cool even with just the regular memory foam side. No difference whatsoever.
