Today, only “Extra’s” AJ Calloway was with Jerry Seinfeld at the GOOD+ Foundation and MR PORTER Fatherhood Lunch, where the comedian reacted to the gone-viral video of him refusing to hug singer Kesha on the red carpet at an event earlier this week.

Jerry woudn't hug the other tenants in his apartment building and they defaced his picture in the lobby and they woudn't let him in the front door when he forgot his key because they were pissed off. Kramer was Mr. Popular because he was hugging every lady in the building. This was ALREADY a Seinfeld episoide. Brilliant, a Seinfeld episoide brought to real life.

If Keesha was asking for a hug, then she should respect his answer which was a polite "no thank you". She persisted even after that. Just imagine if the tables were turned and a female ( in the middle of an interview...not a tactful time to interrupt) was asked to hug a male and she said no thank you and he continued and she had to say no two more times. It would all be about him not respecting her boundaries. I think Jerry politely set his boundaries and Keesha needs to learn some manners. She should apologize.

It was so rude, he was in an interview and in the middle of speaking when she just cut in and wanted a hug, it's supposed to be acceptable because she was a Pop star? For anyone else, it would be unacceptable.

Jerry was absolutely correct to not hug her. Right in the middle of the interview AND he had no idea who she was.
