Tips for people who want to catch duskit:
1. You need to waste turns until the duskit has no energy
2. Then it will lower its defense to get more energy
3. Throw the disc when its defense is lowered
It will make it easier to catch

If you don't know how to waste you turns
A solution is to use medicine
