The key to unlocking rich flavors from your coffee beans is all in the grind size.

Great tasting coffee starts with the precise grind and dose of freshly ground beans. With 30 grind settings to choose from, the Barista Touch™ allows you adjust the grind size of your coffee to suit your taste. Follow this step-by-step tutorial on how you can achieve extraction perfection with ease.

Directions:
1. You can adjust the grind size manually by turning the ‘Grind dial’ on the side of the machine. We recommend you start with a grind size of 14 to begin with.
2. Turn the dial anticlockwise for a coarser grind or turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind.
3. The grind size is indicated on the screen under the ‘Grind’ button.
